A holding page for Salomon’s second nordic wave. A single screen: the ski in raking light on black, a promise in three words, a countdown to availability and a field to be notified.
The exercise is one of restraint. Nothing to scroll, nothing to explore, everything rests on the quality of the black, the cut-out of the object and the legibility of the count. The page stays open on a desk for weeks: it has to hold at the hundredth visit as at the first.
